Business Operations Officer
Whilst studying for her degree in French Language and Literature in Paris, Caroline honed her administrative skills working as an administrative assistant for five years in a French high school. After graduating, she moved to the UK and joined RMP in August 2015. Caroline worked as the administrative assistant for RMP’s French team and was responsible for the weekly on-site planning and administrative support of the French office, whilst also providing financial management support to the Project Manager.
Between 2020 and 2022, Caroline worked as an office administrator for an international semiconductor company, before re-joining RMP in January 2022. She now supports Louisa in all aspects of the business operations including office, financial management, project administration, and operational process management. Caroline is also responsible for supporting business development initiatives as well as developing and maintaining RMP’s marketing and advertising presence.
