Louisa obtained an HND in Commerce from Robert Gordon’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Edinburgh Napier University.

She has worked for a variety of both public and private sector organisations and companies, as well as having successfully ran her own business.

Louisa leads the RMP support team in the efficient management of RMP’s operations including data management and reporting, finance functions, business management, governance compliance, HR, quality systems, IT functions & equipment, and staff training. She is responsible for the maintenance and technical development of the in-house Project Management system.

Within the RMP Management Team, Louisa supports the development of RMP’s business strategies and growth including through marketing and advertising.  As RMP’s Safety Co-ordinator, she is responsible for creating, implementing and/or updating Health and Safety documents and processes including the RMP H&S Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Management System, and templates for Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Louisa is RMP’s contract lead and has extensive experience of commercial contract administration including review, drafting, negotiation and managing compliance and risk throughout the project lifecycle, and document retention.
