Louisa obtained an HND in Commerce from Robert Gordon’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Edinburgh Napier University.

She has worked for a variety of both public and private sector organisations and companies, as well as having successfully ran her own business.

Louisa leads RMP’s support team and supports Richard in developing RMP’s business strategies and improving operational processes and procedures. She is responsible for the development of the in-house project management system and also oversees the day to day business activities including contract review & negotiation, budgeting, forecasting, governance compliance, marketing and advertising, advert copyrighting, HR matters, staff training and any ad hoc project development.
