MOLO Hotels commissioned RMP to conduct an internal acoustic design review in relation to the HIX Cambourne hotel development and to offer advice to facilitate compliance with the relevant IHG design guidelines, brand standards, as well as the requirements of Part E, Resistance of the Passage of Sound (2015 Amendments), for “rooms for residential purposes”.

Recommendations have been provided for noise sensitive/affecting elements of the hotel, in order to enable compliance with noise criteria to be achieved.
