The development provides Grade A office space arranged around a full height central atrium with entrance at ground floor along with prime retail and luxury apartments. Occupying one of the city’s most sensitive sites, the project involved the conversion and re-use of the Category A listed Burnet building and selected demolition of a number of other listed buildings.

RMP were commissioned to provide a full acoustic consultancy service throughout the mixed-use redevelopment of seven existing buildings on the south side of St Andrew Square, in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town World Heritage Site.

The development won the Commercial Development of the Year title in the 2017 Scottish Property Awards
